GO FORWARD (PART 3)

EXODUS 14: 14 – 15

INTRODUCTION:

In our previous series, we established some facts that the children of Israel were reluctant in moving forward due to the enormity and entanglement of the red sea.

Today, another point to consider for their reluctancy in moving forward is the fear of the enemy. Exodus 14: 10 – 15. Fear is a major emotional problem confronting human beings in their journey of life.

What is fear?

Fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by the threat of danger based on harm.

Why were the children of Israel afraid of the enemy?

1. The Egyptians or the enemies were stubborn pursuers. Note that; stubborn pursuers are over takers. Exodus 15: 9.
2. The Egyptians or the enemies were armed to teeth. 1^st Samuel 17: 2 – 11.
3. The children of Israel were afraid because of the fear of death.

The enemies can be referred to as the forces of darkness or satanic agents and their cohorts.

REASONS YOU MUST GO FORWARD

1. In going forward, the Lord will help you, be with you and strengthen you. Isaiah 41: 10 -13.
2. He will fight for you. Exodus 14: 14.
3. He will cause your enemies to miscalculate.2^nd Chronicles 32: 21 – 22

 

PRAYER POINTS:

1. BLESS THE NAME OF THE LORD FOR WHO HE IS: HE IS THE LORD OF LORDS, THE KING OF KINGS AND OUR CREATOR.
2. THANK GOD FOR THIS SEASON OF MOVING FORWARD, ADORE HIM FOR MERCIES, GRACE AND FAVOUR.
3. MY FATHER, MY FATHER, BREAK EVERY YOKE OF FEAR OF THE ENEMY.
4. MY FATHER, MY FATHER, ARISE AND INTERVENE IN MY SITUATION, REVERSE THE IRREVERSIBLE IN MY LIFE .
5. FATHER, IN THIS MONTH OF JUNE, SILENCE MY ENEMIES. LET ALL ACTIVITIES OF THE ENEMY OVER MY LIFE COME TO AN END.
6. FATHER, BY YOUR POWER, MOVE ME FORWARD.I REJECT EVERY FORM OF STAGNATION IN THE NAME OF JESUS.
7. IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I NULLIFY EVERY YOKE OF ATTACK OF SUDDEN DEATH FROM MY FAMILY.
8. I COMMAND THE HOLY GHOST TO CONSUME ALL STUBBORN PURSUERS IN THE NAME OF JESUS.
9. I RENDER ALL WEAPONS MANUFACTURED AGAINST ME NULL AND VOID IN THE NAME OF JESUS.
10. FATHER, CAUSE MY ENEMIES TO DIVINELY MISCALCULATE, IN THE NAME OF JESUS.
11. MY FATHER, ARISE AND FIGHT FOR ME:BE WITH ME, STRENGHTEN ME; UPHOLD ME BY YOUR RIGHT HAND AS I MOVE FORWARD.
12. IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I WILL MOVE FORWARD, I WILL BECOME A TERROR TO MY ENEMIES.

Father, we bless you for the message of hope at this season. I decree a breakage in every yoke of fear; I decree all weapons of our enemies will be rendered impotent in the name of Jesus. Thank you for fighting our battles and for answering our prayers.
